Surprising moments in life

One of my brothers friend is an astronaut in Russia, so it is always very interesting to ask him questions about what it is like to go up in space. He says told us an interesting story about how they last time when he was on the moon the only thing that he could think about was a piece of inspirational jewelry that his daughter had given him before he left. He said that something within him, while thinking about the gift his daughter had given him, told him to check the fuel tanks in the back. When he did he realized that one of them was leaking and if he had not checked it would have blown when they ignited the shuttle. It is strange how sometimes gifts can save our lives.
